In the dark month of February, we bring extra warmth to Morstel! Under the banner Reef makes February warmer Rif is opening its doors wide to initiatives from the neighbourhood and the wider Rif community. On 9 February, we will transform our theatre hall into a cosy cinéma and present the gripping documentary My Octopus Teacher.

A filmmaker leaves the busy world behind and begins diving in a kelp forest off the coast of South Africa. Here he forges an unusual friendship with an enchanting octopus, which over time reveals more and more of its mysterious world.

This 2020 film from directors Pippa Ehrlich & James Reed got the Oscar for best documentary!
