All the music on this album was created in the summer of 2023 for the musical theatre performance 'This looks a bit like a cactus' and premiered at DE SINGEL's 'Dear Antwerp Festival' in Antwerp, Belgium.

'This looks a bit like a cactus' is a city walk, a musical theatre trail on the border between fiction and reality. A surreal journey that leads to places where the tumult of the neighbourhood, the ringing of a bike bell, the starting of an engine seems to turn into the soundtrack of a film...
Colourful signage guides the audience through a specific city district in small groups. The spectator's gaze is guided by musical and theatrical interventions. Everyday city situations are given a touch of magic, sometimes subtle, sometimes bombastic and dramatic. A surprising music and theatre experience, suitable for all ages!
