Inside Out

What you see of a person often does not show what is going on inside him. In a society that sees success as the highest good, all forms of failure are pushed aside. Two young makers seek a form for the deepest and darkest emotions associated with panic attacks and stress.

Using blurred images, shadows, contrasts and an unusual movement language, they try to create a sincere work that links personal experiences to a socially relevant theme. ‘Inside Out’ comes about by engaging in conversation with (young) people, psychiatric patients and experts and aims to play a role in raising awareness of this sensitive issue.
