Voel je vaak onnodige spanning in je schouders of rug tijdens je dagelijkse bezigheden?
Of merk je dat je altijd maar doorgaat, doorgaat, doorgaat… ook als dat eigenlijk niet comfortabel voelt?
During the Three-day Introduction to the Alexander Technique staan we stil bij hoe we ons lichaam gebruiken en hoe we bewegen.
Je leert:
– wat het verband is tussen denken en bewegen;
– hoe je overbodige spierspanning kan loslaten;
– hoe je gewoontepatronen die je (niet langer) dienen, kan doorbreken
We werken in een kleine groep van max. 12 deelnemers en stemmen de worskhop af op individuele noden.

PARTICIPANTS SPEAK OUT
"An enrichment for body and mind and a welcome guide against the faster-and-more world we are constantly facing. This technology teaches us to deal internally-reinforced with the ever-growing challenges of our industry." Wolf Raman, production manager Trade Fair
"The more you can integrate Alexander Technique into making music, the better and more natural you can play your instrument. Passing this on to young pupils, and of course also constantly developing these principles yourself, remains a great challenge." Liesbeth Lambrecht, violinist
"Mainly the relationship between brain and posture I now give more attention." Mira, singer
"Concretely applicable for lifting and desk work." Joke Huygens, Beursschouwburg audience worker
"A (re)discovery of the body and all its potential." Lieselot Vanhoof, coordination/general planning Kaaitheater
